Absolutely the best Haidilao in London! The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is truly top-notch. A special shoutout to Susu – she was incredibly warm, attentive, and made our dining experience extra enjoyable. Everything from the atmosphere to the little thoughtful touches was perfect. I visited the O2 haidilao with my daughter and it was great. They had an all you can eat offer, and just having one of each was more than enough. Portions are generous and good quality. Service is excellent and quick. I visited on a non event day so I had no problem parking, and although the O2 was somewhat busy it wasn't a problem getting a seat, I did pre-book just in case. I will definitely visit again, thank you.

Had an amazing experience at Haidilao! The service was outstanding—staff Lexie is incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotpot ingredients were fresh, and the variety of broths was fantastic. Loved the little extras like the noodle dance and the complimentary snacks. Definitely one of the best hotpot places I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

First time I looked at this place's rating I thought it's not possible to have such consistent rating with so many reviews given. I know why. It was our second visit yesterday and it was perfect. Our waiter Irina was super sweet and attentive, very kind and professional, providing us with information and overall great assistance. She definitely was a huge part of the success of last night. The food was great, the service was fast. And the restaurant decorated the table for our birthday party, and sang us a song!!! It was awesome! We'll be back.

Jay the staff has a big smile and very nice service for the whole period of time! Even we’re in different culture, I can still feel like home with her services! Such an ideal price to get an All-you-can-eat with such many food and such quality.

Went yesterday to celebrate my daughters 9th birthday. Staff were amazing and super helpful ,service was so amazing and food so good Our favourite and only food hotpot where we go. Can't wait to go again.

Jane and Shirley made my son’s birthday very special. I had no idea they did this sort of set up for bdays so we were all very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Service was amazing and very accommodating. Highly recommend this restaurant for family’s as my kids loved it. They give them toys and goodies which really makes the kids day and means they won’t complain about being bored in the restaurant. The food was delicious, we did make the mistake of ordering 2 soup bases that were too spicy. I highly recommend the mushroom soup base as it was delicious! Dessert was very yummy as well. I’ve already booked again for this Saturday as I can’t get enough of the whole experience.
